Guided Meditation for Anxiety Relief

You’ll then move into the 4-7-8 breathing technique, a soothing pattern shown to calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation.

The session closes with 15 minutes of unguided meditation, offering space to integrate, soften, and gently move three parts of your body before returning to your day with more clarity, calm, and steadiness.
