Day 4 | Ocean Breath & Caterpillar Pose

In this fourth session, we’ll focus on Ocean Breath (Ujjayi Pranayama) to create a soothing inner rhythm that quiets the mind and deepens relaxation. We’ll pair it with the Caterpillar Pose (Paschimottanasana) — a gentle forward fold that releases the spine, hamstrings, and lower back while encouraging introspection and emotional release.
