Day 3 | Alternate Nostril Breathing & Sphinx Pose
In this third session, we’ll focus on Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) to balance the left and right sides of the brain, harmonize energy flow, and create inner equilibrium. We’ll pair it with the Sphinx Pose (Salamba Bhujangasana) — a gentle heart-opening posture that releases tension in the spine, shoulders, and chest while encouraging emotional clarity and calm.
