Day 6 | Coherent Breathing & Reclining Hero Pose

In this sixth session, we’ll focus on Coherent Breathing — a gentle, steady-paced technique that synchronizes heart and breath to promote balance, calm, and emotional harmony. We’ll pair it with the Reclining Hero Pose (Supta Virasana) — a deep, heart-opening posture that releases the thighs, hips, and abdomen while encouraging surrender and spaciousness within.
