Day 2 | 4 7 8 Breathing & Dragonfly Pose
In this second session, we’ll focus on the 4-7-8 Breathing Technique to naturally slow the heart rate, calm the mind, and prepare the body for deep rest. We’ll pair it with the Dragonfly Pose (Upavistha Konasana) — a soothing forward fold that releases tension from the hips, spine, and inner thighs while encouraging surrender and stillness.
